What’s New at Swym: March 2025

This March, we're launching a new tool to capture shopper behavior data (Smart Save), a new insights dashboard, improved POS wishlists, and stronger marketing tools.

Smart Save: Capture Shopper Interest Instantly

Shoppers show interest in different ways—by revisiting a product, spending more time browsing, etc. The more visits or time spent, the stronger the intent. We’ve launched Smart Save to capture this intent. 

Smart Save recognizes when a shopper might be interested in a product, adds it to their wishlist, letting them know and allowing them to easily remove it if they change their mind. It makes the shopping and saving experience a lot more intuitive! For you, this unlocks powerful data to re-engage high-intent shoppers with targeted remarketing and timely reminders.

Wishlist Insights Dashboard: Decode Wishlist Data

We've launched a new Insights dashboard in your Shopify Admin that shows you information about your shoppers' wishlist activity. See which products are wishlisted most often, who your most interested customers are, and how to get them to buy.

With this dashboard, you can:

  • Analyze shopper behavior — who’s wishlisting what products
  • Measure revenue and AOV directly attributed to wishlists
  • Discover potential revenue sitting in wishlists
  • Get tips on how to convert those saves into sales
